External Community - We will offer our community time and effort from our management team and employees as well as financial assistance to charity and good causes.
Internal Community - We will make the safety of our employees a top priority. We will carry out risk assessments to identify hazards in the aim to prevent accidents and provide appropriate protective equipment. We will work hard to maintain our caring culture as we recognise our staff are our most important assets who help generate and deliver our service to our customers.
The Environment - We will minimise environmental impact through sensible housekeeping (waste control, recycling, ensuring energy efficiency at our offices).
Where our employees are assigned to client sites where there are environmental procedures then we will ensure that these are followed. Where no procedures exist we will ensure that employees are aware of rules and procedures to apply.
Integrity - We will conduct all aspect of our business to a high ethical standard, demonstrating honesty, integrity and transparency as well as complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
