Additional Services
Cash and Valuables Movement
The company's security officer can transport cash or valuables on behalf of the client. This service is particularly useful for timed collections and deliveries such as wages as the risk of attack is much higher.
Alarm Monitoring
-The clients alarm is programmed to call our monitoring equipment if the alarm is activated.
-On receiving the alarm the operators will follow the procedure agreed with the client.
Telephone Answering
- Calls are received by our control room on behalf of the client on our clients dedicated line.
- Calls received on the dedicated line are answered by using the client's salutation.
- The message received can be retained for the client to be collected. Alternatively the message can be passed on by Land Line, Pager, Radio or Cell phone.
Check Calls
- The control room is able to receive safety check calls automatically from the client's employees - particularly useful for lone workers.
- If a call is missed the control room will follow the procedure agreed with the client.
Drug Detection Dogs
- Drug dogs have been used since the early eighties to assist in the detection of drugs through scent work. The dog is favoured for this role due to having in excess of 200 million scent receptors in their nose. This enables us to provide a fast efficient search with minimum disruption to our clients. We favour using Labradors and Springer Spaniels for this role, due to their friendly interface with people.
- ISL Dardan Security are able to provide the services of trained Drug Dog Handlers and Drug Detection Dogs. The dog teams search in a passive manner and indicate the presence or residual scent of a controlled substance. Our dogs are trained to detect: Cannabis Resin, Herbal Cannabis, Heroin, Cocaine, Amphetamine and Ecstasy. These dogs are available for deployment to detect and deter drug activity for our clients. Services can include spot or routine checks of: mail, parcels, baggage, vehicles, buildings or outside areas.
- Our handlers are trained to the highest of standards and have experience of searching in Prisons, Immigration Centres, Heliports, Mail Rooms, Schools and Colleges. One of our handlers has received national recognition for their search success being winners of the Martin Narey Award 2004 for best drug dog detection team and the National Service Dog Awards 2005 for Outstanding Achievement and Devotion to Duty.
- We are able to arrange a site visit to discuss your requirements. The visit will cover search frequency, health and safety and risk assessments. With search reports being available on request. All searches will be conducted in a discreet, professional and sensitive manner.
